### sec.30 Chronological record of information to be made
The law practice must make a record, compiled in chronological sequence, of the creation, amendment or deletion of information in its computerised accounting system in relation to the following—
client name;
client address;
matter reference;
matter description;
ledger account number or other descriptor.
The law practice must keep the record.
(sec.30-ssec.1) The law practice must make a record, compiled in chronological sequence, of the creation, amendment or deletion of information in its computerised accounting system in relation to the following— client name; client address; matter reference; matter description; ledger account number or other descriptor.
(sec.30-ssec.2) The law practice must keep the record.
- (a) client name;
- (b) client address;
- (c) matter reference;
- (d) matter description;
- (e) ledger account number or other descriptor.
