### sec.26 Restriction on setting fees under administration rules A regulatory authority may not set a fee under an administration rule for the grant or renewal of a practising certificate that differs according to whether the legal practitioner is a member of the regulatory authority. For the relationship between the administration rules and a provision of this regulation, see section 233 of the Act .
