### sec.14 Disqualifications and prohibitions
This section applies to each of the following—
an order made under section 132 of the Act disqualifying a corporation from providing legal services in this jurisdiction;
an order made under section 133 of the Act disqualifying a person from managing a corporation that is an incorporated legal practice;
an order made under section 158 of the Act prohibiting an Australian legal practitioner from being a partner of a stated person.
The commissioner or the law society may publicise an order in any way the commissioner or the law society considers appropriate.
The applicant for an order—
must, after the order is made, give written notice (the written notice ) of the order to the corresponding authority of every other jurisdiction; and
may give written notice (also the written notice ) of the order to any other regulatory authority of any jurisdiction.
The written notice for an order made under section 132 of the Act —
must state—
the corporation’s name; and
the Australian Company Number (ACN) of the corporation; and
the office or business address of the corporation, as last known to the applicant for the order; and
the date of the order; and
may contain other relevant information; and
may be accompanied by a copy or summary of, or extract from, the order.
The written notice for an order made under section 133 or 158 of the Act —
must state—
the person’s name; and
the person’s address, as last known to the applicant for the order; and
the date of the order; and
may contain other relevant information; and
may be accompanied by a copy or summary of, or extract from, the order.
(sec.14-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following— an order made under section 132 of the Act disqualifying a corporation from providing legal services in this jurisdiction; an order made under section 133 of the Act disqualifying a person from managing a corporation that is an incorporated legal practice; an order made under section 158 of the Act prohibiting an Australian legal practitioner from being a partner of a stated person.
(sec.14-ssec.2) The commissioner or the law society may publicise an order in any way the commissioner or the law society considers appropriate.

(sec.14-ssec.5) The written notice for an order made under section 133 or 158 of the Act — must state— the person’s name; and the person’s address, as last known to the applicant for the order; and the date of the order; and may contain other relevant information; and may be accompanied by a copy or summary of, or extract from, the order.
- (a) an order made under section 132 of the Act disqualifying a corporation from providing legal services in this jurisdiction;
- (b) an order made under section 133 of the Act disqualifying a person from managing a corporation that is an incorporated legal practice;
- (c) an order made under section 158 of the Act prohibiting an Australian legal practitioner from being a partner of a stated person.
- (a) must, after the order is made, give written notice (the written notice ) of the order to the corresponding authority of every other jurisdiction; and
- (b) may give written notice (also the written notice ) of the order to any other regulatory authority of any jurisdiction.

- (iii) the office or business address of the corporation, as last known to the applicant for the order; and
- (iv) the date of the order; and
- (a) must state— (i) the person’s name; and (ii) the person’s address, as last known to the applicant for the order; and (iii) the date of the order; and
- (i) the person’s name; and
- (ii) the person’s address, as last known to the applicant for the order; and
- (iii) the date of the order; and
- (b) may contain other relevant information; and
- (c) may be accompanied by a copy or summary of, or extract from, the order.
- (i) the person’s name; and
