### sec.775 Particular notification giving requirement continues This section applies if, after the commencement, the Supreme Court decides an appeal against a decision mentioned in section 98(1)(a) in favour of an Australian lawyer. Section 98(2) and (3) of the unamended Act continues to apply in relation to the decision in the appeal as if the QCAT Amendment Act had not been enacted. s 775 ins 2009 No. 24 s 1552 (sec.775-ssec.1) This section applies if, after the commencement, the Supreme Court decides an appeal against a decision mentioned in section 98(1)(a) in favour of an Australian lawyer.
