### sec.760 Continuing application of Trust Accounts Act, s 14(2) and (3) Subsection (2) applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a trustee— was subject to a requirement under the Trust Accounts Act, section 14(2) or (3); and has not complied with the requirement. The Trust Accounts Act, section 14(2) and (3), as in force immediately before the commencement day continues to apply to the trustee. (sec.760-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a trustee— was subject to a requirement under the Trust Accounts Act, section 14(2) or (3); and has not complied with the requirement. (sec.760-ssec.2) The Trust Accounts Act, section 14(2) and (3), as in force immediately before the commencement day continues to apply to the trustee. - (a) was subject to a requirement under the Trust Accounts Act, section 14(2) or (3); and - (b) has not complied with the requirement.
