### sec.758 Continuing application of Trust Accounts Act, s 5 This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a trustee or other person— was subject to a requirement under the Trust Accounts Act, section 5(1), (2), (3), (5) or (6), to lodge with or give to the supervising entity notice of a matter mentioned in the subsections; and has not complied with the requirement. The Trust Accounts Act, section 5, as in force immediately before the commencement day continues to apply to the trustee or person in relation to the matter. (sec.758-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a trustee or other person— was subject to a requirement under the Trust Accounts Act, section 5(1), (2), (3), (5) or (6), to lodge with or give to the supervising entity notice of a matter mentioned in the subsections; and has not complied with the requirement. (sec.758-ssec.2) The Trust Accounts Act, section 5, as in force immediately before the commencement day continues to apply to the trustee or person in relation to the matter. - (a) was subject to a requirement under the Trust Accounts Act, section 5(1), (2), (3), (5) or (6), to lodge with or give to the supervising entity notice of a matter mentioned in the subsections; and - (b) has not complied with the requirement.
