### sec.741 Delegation to committee of management before commencement This section applies to a delegation as mentioned in the Queensland Law Society Act 1952 , section 18 , as in force immediately before the repeal of that section that continued to have effect as if it were a valid delegation under the Legal Profession Act 2004 . If the delegation has not been revoked by the law society before the commencement of this section, the delegation continues to have effect as if it had been made under this Act. The delegation may be revoked by the law society.
