### sec.729 Provision about application of s 270 This section applies to an entity that, immediately after the commencement of this section— is a law practice to which part 3.3 applies; and is taken to have an external examiner for the practice because of section 757. Despite section 270(1), the law practice need not give the law society notice of the external examiner under the subsection.
