### sec.710 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding under this Act, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it—
the appointment of the Minister, the chief executive, the commissioner, a panel member, a committee member, a member of the board, a registrar, the Brisbane registrar or an investigator;
the authority of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or the law society or bar association to do anything under this Act.
