### sec.691 Presiding at meetings
The president is to preside at council meetings at which the president is present.
If the president is not present at a council meeting, the deputy president is to preside.
If both the president and deputy president are not present at a council meeting, the vice-president is to preside.
If no presidential member is present at a council meeting, a member chosen by the council members present at the meeting is to preside.
(sec.691-ssec.1) The president is to preside at council meetings at which the president is present.
