### sec.671 Presiding at meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present.
If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting, but the deputy chairperson is present, the deputy chairperson is to preside.
If the chairperson and deputy chairperson are both absent from a board meeting, including because of a vacancy in the office, a member chosen by the members present is to preside at the meeting.
(sec.671-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present.
(sec.671-ssec.2) If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting, but the deputy chairperson is present, the deputy chairperson is to preside.
