### sec.667 Resignation of board member
A board member, other than the Brisbane registrar, may resign by giving a signed notice of resignation to the Chief Justice.
A notice of resignation under subsection (1) takes effect when the notice is given to the Chief Justice or, if a later time is stated in the notice, the later time.
(sec.667-ssec.1) A board member, other than the Brisbane registrar, may resign by giving a signed notice of resignation to the Chief Justice.
