### sec.665 Eligibility for membership A person can not become a board member if the person— is an insolvent under administration; or has been convicted of a serious offence; or has been convicted of an offence against a relevant law or a corresponding law. - (a) is an insolvent under administration; or - (b) has been convicted of a serious offence; or - (c) has been convicted of an offence against a relevant law or a corresponding law.
