### sec.661 Functions and powers of board etc. The board has the functions provided for under this Act and the admission rules. The board has all the powers necessary or convenient for performing its functions. Fees payable to the board under section 42 are not moneys payable to the Supreme Court Library Committee under the Supreme Court Library Act 1968 , section 11 . The board is a statutory body for the Financial Accountability Act 2009 and the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 . s 661 amd 2009 No. 9 s 136 sch 1 (sec.661-ssec.1) The board has the functions provided for under this Act and the admission rules.
