### sec.656B Entitlement to appear at hearing The complainant for a discipline application before the tribunal is entitled to appear at the hearing of the application in relation to— those aspects of the hearing that relate to a request by the complainant for a compensation order; and other aspects of the hearing, but only if the tribunal gives leave to the complainant to appear in relation to them. s 656B ins 2009 No. 24 s 1544 - (a) those aspects of the hearing that relate to a request by the complainant for a compensation order; and - (b) other aspects of the hearing, but only if the tribunal gives leave to the complainant to appear in relation to them.
