### sec.652 Directions for hearings
The committee may issue directions in relation to a hearing before the committee.
The committee may issue the directions—
on the committee’s own initiative; or
at the request of a party or a person granted leave to appear at the hearing; or
at the request of another person who has a sufficient interest in—
the hearing; or
another matter arising out of or relating to the hearing.
Subsection (1) is subject to the practices and procedures prescribed under a regulation for hearings before the committee.

(sec.652-ssec.1) The committee may issue directions in relation to a hearing before the committee.
(sec.652-ssec.2) The committee may issue the directions— on the committee’s own initiative; or at the request of a party or a person granted leave to appear at the hearing; or at the request of another person who has a sufficient interest in— the hearing; or another matter arising out of or relating to the hearing.
(sec.652-ssec.3) Subsection (1) is subject to the practices and procedures prescribed under a regulation for hearings before the committee.
