### sec.637 Minutes
The committee must keep—
minutes of its meetings; and
a record of any resolutions made under section 636 (6) .
Subsection (3) applies if a resolution is passed at a committee meeting by a majority of the members present.
If asked by a member who voted against the passing of the resolution, the committee must record in the minutes of the meeting that the member voted against the resolution.
(sec.637-ssec.1) The committee must keep— minutes of its meetings; and a record of any resolutions made under section 636 (6) .
(sec.637-ssec.2) Subsection (3) applies if a resolution is passed at a committee meeting by a majority of the members present.
(sec.637-ssec.3) If asked by a member who voted against the passing of the resolution, the committee must record in the minutes of the meeting that the member voted against the resolution.
