### sec.628 Resignation of committee member A committee member may resign by giving a signed notice of resignation to the Minister. A notice of resignation under subsection (1) takes effect when the notice is given to the Minister or, if a later time is stated in the notice, the later time. (sec.628-ssec.1) A committee member may resign by giving a signed notice of resignation to the Minister. (sec.628-ssec.2) A notice of resignation under subsection (1) takes effect when the notice is given to the Minister or, if a later time is stated in the notice, the later time.
