### sec.626 Eligibility for membership A person can not become a member of the committee if the person— has been convicted of a serious offence or an offence against a relevant law or a corresponding law; or is an insolvent under administration. - (a) has been convicted of a serious offence or an offence against a relevant law or a corresponding law; or - (b) is an insolvent under administration.
