### sec.60 Grounds for amending, suspending or cancelling a local practising certificate
Each of the following is a ground for amending, suspending or cancelling a local practising certificate—
the certificate holder is no longer a fit and proper person to hold the certificate;
See section 46 (Suitability to hold local practising certificate).
the certificate holder does not have, or no longer has, professional indemnity insurance that complies with this Act in relation to the certificate;
if a condition of the certificate is that the certificate holder is limited to legal practice stated in the certificate—the certificate holder is, or has been, engaging in legal practice that the holder is not entitled to engage in under this Act.
- (a) the certificate holder is no longer a fit and proper person to hold the certificate; Note— See section 46 (Suitability to hold local practising certificate).
- (b) the certificate holder does not have, or no longer has, professional indemnity insurance that complies with this Act in relation to the certificate;
- (c) if a condition of the certificate is that the certificate holder is limited to legal practice stated in the certificate—the certificate holder is, or has been, engaging in legal practice that the holder is not entitled to engage in under this Act.
