### sec.58 Compliance with conditions The holder of a current local practising certificate must not contravene, in this jurisdiction or elsewhere, a condition to which the certificate is subject. If a person engages in unsupervised legal practice and the relevant practising certificate states the certificate holder may only engage in supervised legal practice, the person contravenes a condition of the certificate. The contravention may constitute unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct under section 420 .
