### sec.550 Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in the warrant or in compliance with section 547 , 548 or 549 unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
In this section—
warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 549 (5) .
