### sec.541 Definitions for ch 6
In this chapter—
ILP audit means an audit conducted under part 2.7 , division 5 , in relation to an incorporated legal practice.
investigation means—
an investigation of a complaint or investigation matter; or
a part 3.3 investigation; or
a chapter 5A investigation.

investigator means a person appointed under section 575 as an investigator.
- (a) an investigation of a complaint or investigation matter; or
- (b) a part 3.3 investigation; or
- (c) a chapter 5A investigation.
