### sec.528 Conditions on appointment of external intervener for a law practice
The appointment of an external intervener is subject to—
conditions imposed by the law society at the time of appointment as mentioned in sections 499 , 505 and 512 , including an amendment of a condition during the appointment; and
new conditions imposed by the law society during the appointment; and
conditions imposed under a regulation.
In relation to the appointment of an external intervener, the law society may do any of the following—
impose new conditions during the term of the appointment;
revoke or vary a condition mentioned in subsection (1) (a) or imposed under subsection (1) (b) .
This section is not limited by a power to appoint a person as an external intervener under another part.
If there is any inconsistency in relation to a condition imposed at any time by the law society and a condition imposed under a regulation, the condition imposed under a regulation prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.

- (c) conditions imposed under a regulation.
