### sec.503 Records of law practice under supervision
The supervisor of trust money of a law practice must keep records of the supervisor’s dealings with the trust money—
separately from records relating to dealings with trust money before the supervisor’s appointment; and
separately from the affairs of another law practice in relation to which the supervisor is also a supervisor of trust money; and
in the way prescribed under a regulation.
Subject to subsection (1) , a supervisor of trust money of a law practice must deal with trust money of the practice in the same way as a law practice must deal with trust money.
(sec.503-ssec.1) The supervisor of trust money of a law practice must keep records of the supervisor’s dealings with the trust money— separately from records relating to dealings with trust money before the supervisor’s appointment; and separately from the affairs of another law practice in relation to which the supervisor is also a supervisor of trust money; and in the way prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.503-ssec.2) Subject to subsection (1) , a supervisor of trust money of a law practice must deal with trust money of the practice in the same way as a law practice must deal with trust money.
- (a) separately from records relating to dealings with trust money before the supervisor’s appointment; and
- (b) separately from the affairs of another law practice in relation to which the supervisor is also a supervisor of trust money; and
- (c) in the way prescribed under a regulation.
