### sec.474 Quashing of disciplinary action If disciplinary action is quashed on appeal or review, any reference to that disciplinary action must be removed from the discipline register. If disciplinary action is quashed on appeal or review after the action was publicised by the commissioner under section 473 , the result of the appeal or review must be publicised in the same way by the commissioner. (sec.474-ssec.1) If disciplinary action is quashed on appeal or review, any reference to that disciplinary action must be removed from the discipline register.
