### sec.470 Appeal to Court of Appeal in relation to a decision of committee
This section applies to a decision of the committee that, under section 459 (4) , has become an order of the Supreme Court.
A person may, with the leave of the Court of Appeal, appeal against the order by appealing to that court.
The appeal is by way of a rehearing on the evidence given in the matter before the committee.
However, subsection (3) does not prevent the Court of Appeal from giving leave to introduce further evidence, whether fresh, additional or substituted, if the court considers the further evidence may be material to the appeal.
