### sec.459 Orders to be filed in Supreme Court and information notices to be given to parties etc.
This section applies after the committee makes an order under section 458 or 462 or part 4.10 in relation to a discipline application.
The commissioner must—
give the other party or parties in relation to the discipline application a copy of the order and an information notice about the final decision about the discipline application; and
give the Minister a copy of the order.
If there is no application as provided under the QCAT Act to the tribunal for a review of the decision within the time allowed for making the application, the commissioner must file the order in a Supreme Court registry.
On being filed, the order is an order of the Supreme Court and may be enforced accordingly.
Subsection (4) is subject to section 463 .

(sec.459-ssec.1) This section applies after the committee makes an order under section 458 or 462 or part 4.10 in relation to a discipline application.
