### sec.457 Enforcement of orders etc.
This section applies to the following—
an order under section 456 or 462 or part 4.10 in relation to a discipline application;
an order under the QCAT Act in relation to a discipline application that the tribunal dealt with on a review of the committee’s decision under section 469 .
If the order is a compensation order—
the complainant may file the order in the registry of a court of competent jurisdiction; and
the tribunal’s principal registrar must give the Minister a copy of the order and the tribunal’s reasons for making the order.
If the order is not a compensation order, the tribunal’s principal registrar must—
file the order in a Supreme Court registry; and
give the Minister a copy of the order and the tribunal’s reasons for making the order.
On being filed under subsection (2) or (3) , the order is an order of the court in whose registry it is filed and may be enforced accordingly.
No charge may be made for filing an order under this section.
Subsection (4) is subject to section 463 .
