### sec.452 Starting proceeding before a disciplinary body
The commissioner may apply—
to the tribunal for an order against an Australian legal practitioner in relation to a complaint against the legal practitioner or an investigation matter; or
to the committee for an order—
against an Australian legal practitioner in relation to a complaint against the legal practitioner or an investigation matter; or
against a law practice employee in relation to a complaint against the employee or an investigation matter involving the employee.
An application under subsection (1) is a discipline application .
(sec.452-ssec.1) The commissioner may apply— to the tribunal for an order against an Australian legal practitioner in relation to a complaint against the legal practitioner or an investigation matter; or to the committee for an order— against an Australian legal practitioner in relation to a complaint against the legal practitioner or an investigation matter; or against a law practice employee in relation to a complaint against the employee or an investigation matter involving the employee.
(sec.452-ssec.2) An application under subsection (1) is a discipline application .
- (a) to the tribunal for an order against an Australian legal practitioner in relation to a complaint against the legal practitioner or an investigation matter; or
- (b) to the committee for an order— (i) against an Australian legal practitioner in relation to a complaint against the legal practitioner or an investigation matter; or (ii) against a law practice employee in relation to a complaint against the employee or an investigation matter involving the employee.
- (i) against an Australian legal practitioner in relation to a complaint against the legal practitioner or an investigation matter; or
- (ii) against a law practice employee in relation to a complaint against the employee or an investigation matter involving the employee.
- (i) against an Australian legal practitioner in relation to a complaint against the legal practitioner or an investigation matter; or
- (ii) against a law practice employee in relation to a complaint against the employee or an investigation matter involving the employee.
