### sec.428 Conduct about which complaint may be made
A complaint may be made under this chapter about—
an Australian legal practitioner’s conduct to which this chapter applies; or
the conduct of a law practice employee to which this chapter applies; or
the conduct of an unlawful operator in relation to conduct that constitutes a contravention of section 24 or 25 .
A complaint may be made under this chapter about conduct happening outside this jurisdiction, but the complaint must not be dealt with under this chapter unless this chapter is or becomes applicable to the conduct.
(sec.428-ssec.1) A complaint may be made under this chapter about— an Australian legal practitioner’s conduct to which this chapter applies; or the conduct of a law practice employee to which this chapter applies; or the conduct of an unlawful operator in relation to conduct that constitutes a contravention of section 24 or 25 .
(sec.428-ssec.2) A complaint may be made under this chapter about conduct happening outside this jurisdiction, but the complaint must not be dealt with under this chapter unless this chapter is or becomes applicable to the conduct.
