### sec.395 Payments for defaults The fidelity fund is to be applied by the law society for compensating claimants in relation to claims allowed under this part for defaults to which this part applies. An amount payable from the fidelity fund in relation to a claim is payable to— the claimant; or another person at the claimant’s direction.
