### sec.374 Claims about defaults
A person who suffers pecuniary loss because of a default to which this part applies may make a claim against the fidelity fund to the law society about the default.
The claim must be made in the law society approved form.
The law society may require the person who makes a claim to do either or both of the following—
to give further information about the claim or any dispute to which the claim relates;
to verify the claim, or any further information, by statutory declaration.
(sec.374-ssec.1) A person who suffers pecuniary loss because of a default to which this part applies may make a claim against the fidelity fund to the law society about the default.
