### sec.365 Audit of accounts This section applies in addition to the Auditor-General Act 2009 . At least once a year, the auditor-general must audit the accounts of the fidelity fund separately to the audit of the law society. However, the auditor-general may audit the accounts more often than required under subsection (2) . For an audit of the accounts of the fidelity fund, the auditor-general may perform the functions and exercise the powers of the auditor-general under the Auditor-General Act 2009 . s 365 amd 2009 No. 9 s 136 sch 1 (sec.365-ssec.1) This section applies in addition to the Auditor-General Act 2009 .
