### sec.293 Application of Act to incorporated legal practices and multi-disciplinary partnerships The obligations imposed on a law practice under this Act relating to trust money and trust accounts apply to an incorporated legal practice or multi-disciplinary partnership only in relation to legal services provided by the practice or partnership. A regulation may provide that a provision of this Act, a regulation or the legal profession rules, relating to trust money and trust accounts, does not apply to incorporated legal practices or multi-disciplinary partnerships or both or applies to them with stated changes. (sec.293-ssec.1) The obligations imposed on a law practice under this Act relating to trust money and trust accounts apply to an incorporated legal practice or multi-disciplinary partnership only in relation to legal services provided by the practice or partnership. (sec.293-ssec.2) A regulation may provide that a provision of this Act, a regulation or the legal profession rules, relating to trust money and trust accounts, does not apply to incorporated legal practices or multi-disciplinary partnerships or both or applies to them with stated changes.
