### sec.273 Carrying out external examination An external examination of a law practice’s trust records is to be carried out in the way prescribed under a regulation. Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may provide for the following— the standards to be adopted and the procedures to be followed by external examiners; the form and content of an external examiner's report on an external examination.
