### sec.257 Intermixing money A law practice must not, otherwise than as permitted under subsection (2) , mix trust money with other money. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. A law practice is permitted to mix trust money with other money to the extent only that is authorised by the law society and under any conditions imposed by the law society in relation to the authorisation.
