### sec.226 Monitoring role of committee The committee may make a recommendation to the Minister in relation to legal profession rules. For subsection (1) , the committee is— to monitor the adequacy of legal profession rules; and to consider any particular matter about which the Minister asks the committee to make a recommendation for legal profession rules.
