### sec.210 Register of locally registered foreign lawyers
The law society must keep a register of the names of locally registered foreign lawyers.
The register must—
state any conditions imposed by it on a foreign lawyer’s registration; and
otherwise include the particulars prescribed under a regulation.
The register may be kept in the way the law society decides.
The law society must ensure that an up-to-date version of the register is available, without charge, for public inspection—
at the law society’s principal place of business during normal working hours; or
on the law society’s internet site or an internet site identified on the law society’s internet site.
(sec.210-ssec.1) The law society must keep a register of the names of locally registered foreign lawyers.
(sec.210-ssec.2) The register must— state any conditions imposed by it on a foreign lawyer’s registration; and otherwise include the particulars prescribed under a regulation.
