### sec.205 Conditions imposed by regulation A regulation may make provision in relation to an Australian-registered foreign lawyer, including, for example— imposing conditions on the registration of persons as foreign lawyers or any class of foreign lawyers; or authorising conditions to be imposed on the registration of persons as foreign lawyers or any class of foreign lawyers. - (a) imposing conditions on the registration of persons as foreign lawyers or any class of foreign lawyers; or - (b) authorising conditions to be imposed on the registration of persons as foreign lawyers or any class of foreign lawyers.
