### sec.174 Trust money and trust accounts Subject to this section, the provisions of part 3.3 and any other provisions under this Act relating to requirements about trust money and trust accounts apply to Australian-registered foreign lawyers in the same way as they apply to law practices and Australian legal practitioners. A regulation may make provision in relation to the application, with or without changes, of the provisions of this Act relating to trust money and trust accounts for the purposes of this section. In this section— money includes money other than in this jurisdiction. (sec.174-ssec.1) Subject to this section, the provisions of part 3.3 and any other provisions under this Act relating to requirements about trust money and trust accounts apply to Australian-registered foreign lawyers in the same way as they apply to law practices and Australian legal practitioners.
