### sec.160 Obligations of practitioners not affected Except as provided by this part, nothing in this part affects an obligation imposed on— a legal practitioner director of an incorporated legal practice, or an Australian legal practitioner who is an employee of an incorporated legal practice, under this Act or another Act in his or her capacity as an Australian legal practitioner; or a legal practitioner partner of, or an Australian legal practitioner who is an employee of, a multi-disciplinary partnership under this Act or another Act in his or her capacity as an Australian legal practitioner. - (a) a legal practitioner director of an incorporated legal practice, or an Australian legal practitioner who is an employee of an incorporated legal practice, under this Act or another Act in his or her capacity as an Australian legal practitioner; or - (b) a legal practitioner partner of, or an Australian legal practitioner who is an employee of, a multi-disciplinary partnership under this Act or another Act in his or her capacity as an Australian legal practitioner.
