### sec.159 Undue influence A person, whether or not a partner or employee of a multi-disciplinary partnership, must not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, either of the following persons to contravene this Act or the person’s professional obligations as an Australian legal practitioner— a legal practitioner partner of a multi-disciplinary partnership; an employee of a multi-disciplinary partnership who provides legal services and who is an Australian legal practitioner. Maximum penalty—300 penalty units. - (a) a legal practitioner partner of a multi-disciplinary partnership; - (b) an employee of a multi-disciplinary partnership who provides legal services and who is an Australian legal practitioner.
