### sec.151 Conflicts of interest
For the application of any law (including the common law) or the legal profession rules relating to conflicts of interest to the conduct of an Australian legal practitioner who is—
a legal practitioner partner of a multi-disciplinary partnership; or
an employee of a multi-disciplinary partnership;
the interests of the partnership or any partner of the multi-disciplinary partnership are also taken to be the interests of the practitioner concerned (in addition to any interests that the practitioner has apart from this subsection).
Legal profession rules may be made for or in relation to additional duties and obligations in connection with conflicts of interest arising out of the conduct of a multi-disciplinary partnership.
(sec.151-ssec.1) For the application of any law (including the common law) or the legal profession rules relating to conflicts of interest to the conduct of an Australian legal practitioner who is— a legal practitioner partner of a multi-disciplinary partnership; or an employee of a multi-disciplinary partnership; the interests of the partnership or any partner of the multi-disciplinary partnership are also taken to be the interests of the practitioner concerned (in addition to any interests that the practitioner has apart from this subsection).
(sec.151-ssec.2) Legal profession rules may be made for or in relation to additional duties and obligations in connection with conflicts of interest arising out of the conduct of a multi-disciplinary partnership.
- (a) a legal practitioner partner of a multi-disciplinary partnership; or
- (b) an employee of a multi-disciplinary partnership;
