### sec.146 Notice of intention to start practice in multi-disciplinary partnership Before an Australian legal practitioner starts to provide legal services in this jurisdiction as a partner in a multi-disciplinary partnership, the practitioner must give the law society notice, in the law society approved form, of his or her intention to do so. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. A regulation may prescribe particulars to be included in the law society approved form.
