### sec.143 Undue influence A person, whether or not an officer or employee of an incorporated legal practice, must not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, a legal practitioner director, or another Australian legal practitioner who provides legal services for the practice, to contravene this Act or the practitioner’s professional obligations as an Australian legal practitioner. Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
