### sec.141 Relationship of Act to legislation establishing incorporated legal practice
This section applies to a corporation, established by or under a law whether or not of this jurisdiction, that is an incorporated legal practice but is not a company under the Corporations Act .
The provisions of this Act that apply to an incorporated legal practice prevail, to the extent of any inconsistency, over provisions of the legislation under which the corporation is established or regulated that are prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.141-ssec.1) This section applies to a corporation, established by or under a law whether or not of this jurisdiction, that is an incorporated legal practice but is not a company under the Corporations Act .
