### sec.112 Non-legal services and businesses of incorporated legal practices
An incorporated legal practice may provide any service and conduct any business that the corporation may lawfully provide or conduct, except as provided by this section.
An incorporated legal practice, or a related body corporate of an incorporated legal practice, must not conduct a managed investment scheme.
Also, if a regulation prohibits an incorporated legal practice, or a related body corporate of the practice, from providing a service or conducting a business of a kind stated in the regulation, the practice must not provide the service or conduct the business.
Contravention of this section or a regulation mentioned in subsection (3) is a ground for banning an incorporated legal practice under section 132 .
(sec.112-ssec.1) An incorporated legal practice may provide any service and conduct any business that the corporation may lawfully provide or conduct, except as provided by this section.
