### sec.18A Wages of public service employees may be attached
A court may, in a proceeding, order the attachment or charging of the salary or wages of a public service employee or other employee of the State to satisfy a debt, liability, action or other amount ordered by the court to be paid.
Also, the registrar of a court may order the attachment or charging of the salary or wages of a public service employee or other employee of the State to satisfy a debt, liability, action or other amount ordered by the court to be paid.
This section has effect despite any other Act or rule of law to the contrary.
