### sec.71 Sanctuary Cove Resort site The valuer-general may value the land consisting of the following parts of the site as if each part were a single lot— the lots on a building unit plan; the lots on a group titles plan; the lot or lots comprising a primary or secondary thoroughfare; the lot or lots within a zone. Terms mentioned in subsection (1) and not defined under this Act have the same meanings they have under the Sanctuary Cove Act .
